2025 “Black Friday” Sale Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Lagoon Living’s 2025 Black Friday Sale. By accepting a quote or placing an order during the sale period, customers agree to the following conditions.
Sale Period
The 2025 Black Friday Sale runs from 9:00AM Friday 21 November 2025 to 11:59PM Wednesday 31 December 2025 (the “sale period”). Only quotes generated during this period, and with all applicable deposits and contracts paid and signed within this period, are eligible for the promotional pricing.
Eligibility of Quotes
The offer applies to new quotes generated within the sale period, where all required contracts are signed and all applicable deposits are paid within the sale period.
All Lagoon Living deposits are non refundable, including any deposits paid before the sale period or during non-promotional periods.
Required Deposits
All standard Lagoon Living deposit requirements apply. To secure promotional pricing, the quote must be signed and all required deposits must be paid in full within the sale period.
The Offer: “BOGO50”
The core offer is “Buy One, Get One 50 % Off” (also referred to as “BOGO50”). This applies across the full Lagoon Living range, including indoor window treatments, outdoor products, and carpets, with the exception of water filtration systems, which will be 25% off during the sale period (see below Exclusions and Variations).
Definition of a “Unit”
For clarity, the BOGO50 offer applies on a per unit basis. Every second unit is discounted by 50%. For example, if a customer purchases four window treatments, two units will be charged at full price and two units of equal or lesser value will be discounted by 50%. The discount is always applied to the units of equal or lesser value within each pair.
Indoor window treatments: one unit equals one window.
Outdoor blinds and shutters: one unit equals each separate opening, window, or installation point.
Outdoor shade products: one unit equals each individual shade piece that is installed as a standalone item.
Carpets: one unit equals one room or living space as determined solely by Lagoon Living.
How Multi Unit Discounts Are Calculated
BOGO50 applies in pairs. For example, if a customer purchases six window treatments, the three highest priced units are charged at full price and the remaining three are discounted by 50%. The calculation always pairs the highest priced units with the next highest, ensuring the discount applies to units of equal or lesser value.
Installed Price
The offer applies to the total price of each fully installed item, including any applicable materials, labour, installation, and any standard inclusions. The discounted amount is based on the total installed price of the second unit.
Exclusions and Variations
Water filtration systems are not eligible for the BOGO50 offer, primarily because most homes require only one system. Lagoon Living will instead offer a 25% discount on all water filtration systems during the sale period.
Service Area
The offer applies to all jobs within Lagoon Living’s normal service region, so long as Lagoon Living has the capacity to serve any particular customer or location. Lagoon Living may determine whether a location falls within or outside of this region.
Combining Offers
This Black Friday BOGO50 offer cannot be combined with any other Lagoon Living promotion, discount, referral incentive, or special pricing.
Cancellations and Requoting
If a customer cancels a job that received promotional pricing, any rebooking after the sale period must be requoted at standard pricing. The promotional pricing does not carry over to new quotes created outside the sale period window.
Product Availability and Lead Times
Availability of products, materials, colours, and installation dates may vary. Installation and/or job completion within the sale period is not guaranteed or implied.
General
Lagoon Living reserves the right to update or clarify these Terms at any time during the sale period if required. Any changes will remain fair, reasonable, and aligned with the intent of the promotion.
